Best grill pan I've ever had and also the most expensive. But the philosophy that you always get value for money is proven once again with this pan. Was first hesitating between Ronneby Bruck who apparently also have good grill pans. This is because Le Creuset is twice as expensive. The difference is that Le Creuset works with enamelled cast iron and this has a number of advantages over ordinary cast iron. In any case, I do not regret for a second that I went for Le Creust, I was already familiar with the quality of this brand and knew that this is a top brand. When grilling with this pan, your meat tastes like it comes from a real barbique, at least I can't taste the difference. You can never get such a result with a non-stick grill pan. It is of course heavy but you know that if you go for cast iron. This pan has a double handle which is very handy because of the weight. Very pleased with it and hope it lasts for many years to come. In any case, I clean them with great care and brush them with a little oil before putting them away.

I am very satisfied with this purchased Le Creuset Gril pan. I bought this to let all the excess FAT drip off instead of eating it & especially to improve my health & eat less fats.. My fish & meat already goes on this pan with a little olive oil. nb ; I am very satisfied
