REALLY big minus is the "mute" button - I bought the headphones for Skype business calls because you can walk so far (through the office) with them. Then it is essential that you know when you are or are not on "mute" during a conference call. The headphones do not show whether this is the case, and the mute button is also a very fragile piece of plastic (unlike the rest of the device). With other headphones you often have a light on your microphone, which shows that you are on mute.
In short, a very good device, but for the price it should have been perfect.
