This paint gun does what it's supposed to do. It is of course not professional quality, but you cannot expect this for this price. I used the gun to coat my hardwood decking (3 coats). This went very well and smoothly. Every now and then a drop of wood stain leaked past the trigger. I solved this by wrapping an old pair of underpants around the gun. During the coating I had no problems with drops on the wood. You can arrange a lot of things, so some practice on a bad plank, for example, is recommended. Make sure that you clean the gun properly afterwards according to the instructions.
