quality, solid
very good feel of the zoom and focus ring

in short this lens is wow, it's like having between 3 and 16 primes in 1 lens. this lens is sharp, but really sharp from f1.8. I use them every day and default to my 60D. ok mss a bit short with 35mm but that doesn't matter, the 1.8 more than makes up for that if I need more I'm outside anyway and then a 24-70 or 70-200 f2.8 goes on, I have this 18-35 also tested with 1.4 and 2x extenders and they work fine, the lens is sharp enough to have a good result even then, but I don't use them like that in everyday life. I've already tested them a few times with film and it's nice to work with the lens there too. This lens has a very solid build and you immediately feel the quality and precision of this lens. Less important but the eye also wants something, she looks fantastic
