In 2013 I orientated myself on the Vitamix blenders in the Netherlands. That was disappointing: the last design (5200) was quite dated, while the 750 Professional series was just launched in America. Through an American seller I ordered a 750 Pro from America including a 3000 Watt inverter - this could be nicely concealed in the new kitchen island. Unfortunately, all 750 Pros were recalled due to a problem with the blades and orders were cancelled. However, there were also noises for the launch of the 750 Pro in Europe. I then - following good reviews - bought Le Blender from Magimix to bridge the gap. And then I recently saw that the Vitamix 750 Pro had appeared in Europe. Finally!

I can really compare now and I have to admit: the Magimix has a nice blender, but this Vitamix is the best: the smoothest result ever! I peel oranges with a vegetable peeler and I can't find the white peel in the smoothies anymore. Even a minimally peeled pineapple with a core disappears in the smooth mass. Making vegetable cheeses and sauces using cashew nuts also goes very smoothly: no pieces in sight.

I can recommend everyone to purchase this blender if you have any doubts about the result of your current copy. I also recommend purchasing the dry bowl: the blades push the dry ingredients up so that it doesn't accumulate in corners or bottom - unlike the original bowl which pulls everything down towards the blades for the ultra-smooth result.

Anyway, I am a very satisfied person and so can you: whoever wants the best result will need the best tools.
