I have owned this camera for several weeks now. I am used to taking pictures with an SLR camera and I am well versed in it. Of course I see a difference with this camera. This camera is an advantage for me because you can get an object very close with it and the quality is still more than sufficient. It's really unbelievable how you can get up close and photograph something from really far away. I also found it remarkable that you can create very nice sharpness/depth with it, ie if you want to take a photo of a leaf and zoom in a bit for this, you get the leaf very sharp and the background is nicely blurred. He photographs really nicely in good weather, very nice colors. You can also set everything manually which I have of course tried. This is all fine. Even taking pictures in the evening with a very long exposure of 30 seconds, it's all good. So for a photographer who understands manual settings, this is a very nice addition. Yet it also photographs well in automatic mode. So also interesting for the beginner. I do think it takes better pictures without flash than with flash. With the flash in the living room in the evening, it is no longer very sharp from a distance of 4 meters, I think, but then I may be very picky because of what I'm used to. From close by (1 to 3 meters) with the flash it's just fine. It is a fun toy because of the possibilities it has. Not difficult in itself, just search and you will find it quickly. I didn't need the book for that. The far zoom in particular is a super plus for me and the good results without flash. The movements do get a bit blurry fairly quickly in less light, though, this is not the case with flash. Filming also goes well, even in low light and can be filmed without having to zoom in jerkily. Unfortunately I can't post pictures here, but I've already made some very nice ones of my pet. Nice close-up and from a considerable distance, but still very beautiful. Easy to take pictures of your kids without them realizing it. Those are often the best photos. forwarding photos to your smartphone is easy by first pressing a button on the camera and then holding your phone against the wifi icon on your camera. This is quite addictive and is convenient and fast. You can set it up so that it can quickly take several images in a row. If this is not set up, he may have trouble processing the photos quickly before you can take a new photo. Oh yes before I forget to say an important detail; you can also take very nice selfies with it because it has a screen that you can fold up. So can also be used for making flogs!! All in all very useful with nice pictures.

although I am used to shooting with an SLR camera, I think this is a nice camera to have with me. Especially because it can zoom in really far and is also of quite good quality. It's always nice to be able to take a picture of someone unnoticed!!! If I could show you a picture, how far you can zoom in, you'd be really amazed. Easy with a concert/festival!!! It is also cool if you take a close-up of a subject and you have zoomed in a bit, then you get a sharp image and a blurred background. You can even take sharp pictures of something only a few centimeters from the camera. So nice to photograph insects. I've tried all the manual settings and as an SLR photographer I really enjoy doing that. Really plenty of options to try out. Although I must say that the automatic mode also functions well. The colors are very beautiful and natural. I do like the photos without flash better than with flash. It also takes very good pictures in evening light without a flash. It also works well with flash, provided you are reasonably close to the object, from 3 meters and further, the quality decreases. However, the camera has to regularly process the images it has made and then you cannot immediately take a photo again. You could solve that by setting it to multiple images per second. I have now taken very nice pictures of my cat and then you certainly can't see any difference from my SLR or this one. You can also take nice selfies with it by lifting the cover. Filming for flogs should therefore also go well. In any case, it films nicely, even in low light, and if you zoom in and out, it is without jerks. Nice camera for people who really expect something from a compact camera.

I've had the sony dsc-hx90 for some time now. What is especially easy about this camera is the 30x optical zoom. I also find that the battery can be used for a long time before it is empty. The operation is very easy and the personal settings are easily accessible. What I also often use is the folding screen and the remote app on your phone.
