This is my third Panasonic, Panasonic makes the best bread machines, they are slightly more expensive than the competition but I have never regretted that extra investment. The separate yeast dispenser in this more expensive variant is a godsend, now I just throw the ingredients in the container and never have problems with salt that got to the yeast too early. I get my flour from a mill, nothing special but cheap. I usually use regular flour and spelled flour to which I add some other grains and seeds in combination with program 5. My previous machine has provided me with perfectly fresh bread every morning for almost three years, so the costs compared to getting bread from the bakery I get out with ease. Furthermore, this is much tastier and healthier bread and it smells so good in the kitchen in the morning.
