To replace my mono Tivoli One, which I combine with a bluetooth connection, this seemed to me an ideal solution. Bluetooth, no cables simple and good.
The speakers are nicely designed, heavy, and come in a nice box, from which they are a bit difficult to remove.
Installing is easy as expected. The pairing went well, but during testing it took some effort to pair again.
The first thing you notice is that the light only radiates in one direction and not in all directions. That in itself is not a problem, nor is it unexpected. The shape actually dictates that. But a little sad.
With the app you can dim the light and turn the sound on the speakers louder and softer. That's about it.
The sound that comes out of the speakers is a real disappointment. In a word: Dof. You don't hear the high tones and the bass is completely absent. Finally, the maximum volume is not really great either. My mono Tivoli radio clearly produces a much better sound.
I have tried them in a few locations around the house. With the same result. Very unfortunate, because this looked like Brunelleschi's egg, but it hasn't developed well.
