Looking for an affordable, compact model with HD capabilities, I finally found this model that met all my requirements. Installation was simple, power cable nice and long, even in a large MPV, and the buttons speak for themselves. Camera records when the car starts, screen turns off a little later if desired, and stops after adjustable interval when engine is off. Buttons/display does not disturb in the dark because you can switch everything off (adjustable) Recorded films are sharp (number plates readable) which is a must. Cyclic recording capability, and at the touch of a button you can protect movies from being overwritten. Max 32GB SD, with 0.5 GB per 5min fullHD image good for 5.5 hours of cyclic recording. Also possible to take pictures at the touch of a button. Also parking position and G-sensor, but not tried yet. No real negatives found so far, highly recommended!
