Was looking for a bright alternative to the Olympus OM-D M1ii. This lens allows me to photograph (fast) moving subjects at relatively low ISO values where, after all, the image stabilization is of no use. I use the 12-40 f/2.8 pro zoom in most other cases. Since I photograph in various (humid) conditions, I chose this lens instead of the 25 mm f/1.8. This lens is quite large in m43 terms but still smaller and less heavy than most FF DSLR lenses. Visually, I am very satisfied with the results.
