Solid trainer, but not necessarily quiet.

Number of interval programs quite limited

After 3 weeks of use, the trainer generally works well. Despite a free assembly voucher supplied, I assembled the trainer myself. This was easy to do, the assembly instructions are quite clear. The trainer is quite stable, it does wobble a bit during intensive training, but that is not disturbing. After about a week I had to tighten all the mounting screws/bolts, because many had come loose. The resistance control is good and the control console is simple and straightforward. The number of interval programs is quite limited and unfortunately there is little variation between them. Heart rate training with a heart rate belt works well. The only major flaw I could discover is that the wheels under the pedals started to squeak enormously after 2 days when rolling over the metal frame. I honestly don't expect that from a trainer that is marketed as "very quiet". Spraying with silicone spray will temporarily fix the squeaking, but it will return after a few days. Had contact with the manufacturer about this, who will send "rail lube" for free, which should have a longer-lasting effect. I haven't received this yet, so I can't judge if this helps.
