I like this VirtuFit folding exercise bike. It is a compact exercise bike that you can easily move with the help of the handle. the wheels and because it is foldable. This makes it easy to lift it down from the top floor. This would be more difficult with a large exercise bike.

For my purposes this is a great exercise bike. I don't have to exercise professionally, just now and then on the exercise bike since I have a sedentary job does me good. This one is certainly suitable for that!

Also useful is the training program that comes with it. Based on this I adjusted my training (eg moving at a lower heart rate is better for burning fat than at a high heart rate, I didn't know at first).

What is important to pay attention to when mounting is the following, because the mounting was a bit disappointing. 30min is indicated, but as expected this usually takes a little longer because you have to delve into the manual.

I found a possible error in the manual. In the checklist is namely twice number 24 (I believe) what the saddle is, while there is also a number 24 with a screw image. Well this screw is of course not the saddle. Number 71 (from memory) was missing on the checklist, this turned out to be the screw. So logically, the "extra" number 24 should be number 71. This is something to watch out for.

A number of things had already been put together before I started the assembly. According to the checklist this should still be in separate packages, I turned everything upside down to look for it and then it turned out to be already mounted (seat base/mounting that goes into the frame).
