I sent a review a few days ago but still want to send in a 2nd review.

Image quality and possibilities of this camera are certainly ok for the price. However, this is and remains an advanced camera (just like so many Foscam cameras).

To counter the reviews below:

The cables are thick and short. But with the "Foscam FAB61 waterproof junction box" this is immediately solved. I myself had the luxury of running the cables through with a bell drill. Professional cameras nowadays also have a junction box. That's just how it is.

You can record on the SD card, in the cloud or on a server (via FTP). The cloud isn't free (and neither is an FTP server unless it's a local FTP server). Of course you need some know-how for this. For those who don't need a cloud solution, this is a great camera!

Yes can really record more than 8 hours on an SD card, on an FTP or via the Cloud. The camera supports up to 64Gb SD cards. I tested with a 16Gb card and can record for at least 10 days.

DDNS (Dynamic DNS) is still present and working fine. I myself have a free account with No-IP. I have been a customer there for years.

As an IT person I can confirm that you can view the "Live video" image fine in the latest version of FireFox and Chrome. Also almost all settings work fine in these browsers. Viewing images via "Playback" and eg the setting to set "Privacy Zones" only works in Internet Explorer!
