The consistency of the grinder and the way the beans are ground (cheap grinders cut, very expensive grinders that crush the beans) largely determine what flavor is released in the bean. And there this machine (obviously) scores poorly. And that's not weird. A good grinder, for example a Mazzer Mini with very special grinding discs, costs more than this complete semi-automatic machine alone.
