I have specially chosen these earphones to reduce ambient noise when studying in a relatively quiet environment. Unfortunately, the noise canceling doesn't work very well. Ambient noise from passing cars, the tapping of a keyboard next to me, etc... I can still hear very well when the ANC+ function is on. There is almost no difference when I take the earbuds out with the noise level than when I put them in. I'm almost unsure if the product actually works...
The sound quality is good for electronic music but not for other styles, highs and mids sound very dull, only the bass is good. You also get this sound quality with earphones at half the price.
Charging the earphones is very easy, just plug in the cable and go. It is a pity that it is a micro-usb connection and not a usb-c as with all modern Samsung GSMs.
All in all I am very disappointed with this product.
