I bought this vacuum cleaner to replace my 15 year old Miele. If only I hadn't gotten rid of it yet.... It barely sucks up the suction power and the ability to pick up little things like mud that fell from a shoe, a piece of a tree leaf in the hallway, or really anything that isn't dust or hair. The design also does not take into account people with long hair (daughter 20 cm, me > 50 cm). So every once in a while the brush at the bottom is removed to cut hair loose. Emptying of the collection container has to be done very regularly and produces a cloud of dust, all the more so because long hairs have to be cut loose from the filter here too. Suction power decreases rapidly as the sump fills up. The 3 in 1 mouthpiece cannot be clicked onto the hose and you have to hold it. And you have to lift the quite heavy device because it is round and rolls over when you put it down. In other words, lifting something to vacuum underneath is not possible.
