Our patio cover has exactly that surface and when we sat outside in the evening, we were already happy if half of the surface was slightly heated on the highest setting. Now it is of course a kind of additional heating, but sitting around a table you should definitely feel something of it. This is certainly the case close to the theater, but three meters away it was disappointing. It should be noted that our roof is open on three sides. However, our experience is still too limited to write a really good review about it. Perhaps it was simply too cold that evening to have any real effect. But you don't need it when it's hot.
