Very good video card with very good performance (compared to GTX970 much better)! With minimal use, it is inaudible (in silent mode) since the fans are turned off (temperature is then around 35C, very acceptable). It is also very quiet under load and has a maximum temperature of 60C (with an ambient temperature of 25C in this hot weather). For the energy-conscious gamer, this also seems like an excellent choice.
Only drawbacks are that it is quite large and heavy, I personally recommend supporting it in your case with a video card support or holder. I also find it a pity that the RGB lighting comes up again after the loss of electricity when the computer is restarted (there is a button on the video card to switch it off when the computer is on), so one has to install the software to turning it off permanently (if one turns off the PC's electricity, like I do).
