I wouldn't buy it again. It is a sports watch and so you would expect it to be solidly built. However, it is covered with scratches and dents. Another year or so and then it really won't be to look at.
Adaptive training works well. No idea how, but it works nicely to a better condition without asking too much. Strangely enough, he knows when you have the flu and then slows down a bit. It stimulates training and it works great for me.
The device is not attractive and is still relatively high on your wrist. If I were to buy a new watch, it should definitely be less high and more solid. The adaptive training is fine for a simple athlete like me. If you are more experienced it is not interesting.
