You can wear the Suunto 3 all day and during exercise. This way, you can keep track of your daily activities and sports performances. Based on this, you can improve your sports performance and set your goals. You can see the sports watch as your digital coach. Based on your fitness and previous workouts, you can have a 7-day training program drawn up to improve your fitness. During the day, the smartwatch measures your heart rate, sleep rhythm, and stress level, among other things. You also receive notifications from apps, incoming calls, and messages.
Note: a charger adapter isn't included. Do you want to charge the watch via a socket? Use the charger adapter of your phone or order one separately.
