I bought this because I had a back injury which meant I could no longer sit for long periods of time. This standing desk offers a solution and can easily handle an ultra wide screen and also my MacBook with some sliding.

The only downside is moving it up and down. In itself, it is quite easy but not entirely without force, which is a bit inconvenient if you have back pain. This is because you cannot place this riser right at the front of your desk unless you want to work very close to your screen.
