After some comparing bought this doorbell. Delivered quickly, nicely packaged and clear app. The app only shows how to install if you have an existing doorbell and not if it is new. Fortunately, my Electrician was able to mount the bell transformer and the complete installation was successful. After a day the transformer started to hum a lot and that became much worse the following days. According to my electrician that happens more often but never as hard as this one. I can even hear it in the living room with the door closed. Disappointingly, after contacting coolbleu by phone, I was poorly helped. The only solution there is from coolbleu is to return the entire product and wait for repair….. (5 days old) …. So disassemble everything, call an electrician because the transformer is in the meter box and send everything back. If the repaired product or a new one is available, have it reassembled by the electrician. The result is 2 times call-out costs and hourly wages. For me it is much cheaper to have the electrician come once with a transformer that I bought myself, because then it is still cheaper. But anyway it will cost me money while that is due to the broken or bad transformer.
Asked by phone if I could only get a new transformer because the electrician was still busy for a few days but this was not possible bla bla bla.
