The Weber Summit Kamado E6 quickly gets to the right temperature thanks to the double-walled lid. This means you need less charcoal and can get started quickly. Adjust the height of the rack and use the barbecue as a regular charcoal barbecue or kamado. You can grill for up to 13 people at the same time on the cooking surface. On the lid thermometer, you can see the temperature inside the barbecue and adjust it with the ventilation grid. Remove a part of the GBS rack to place accessories (not included) in the barbecue, like a wok. After use, the ashes drop into the ash catcher at the press of a button for an easy cleanup.
