In the beginning I had my doubts about the cleaning result of a robot vacuum cleaner; whether he would be okay everywhere, but this robot does. Because of the long bristles, it gets everywhere. I no longer have to vacuum the corners and edges. Under my baseboards I have a small gap and even there it goes. I am very satisfied with this.
The app that comes with it is very easy to use and clear. Everything spoke for itself after installing. There are many options you can select here. The suction power, the rooms/areas that have to be done, what the robot has to do (vacuum, mop, which room etc.), the amount of water that has to be used when mopping etc. You can also see exactly what it is doing, where it is is at the moment and what still needs to be done. If the robot gets stuck somewhere, you will immediately receive a notification. There is also a function that shows when your accessories and parts need to be replaced, your cleaning history, etc. You can also set times via the app for starting the cleaning round. You can also turn on your robot remotely. So if you are somewhere and you want to come back to a clean house, you can turn it on or off remotely. I find it very useful myself.
I have 3 small children, a cat and a rabbit who are in the living room and sometimes run loose. One thing is that all the small stuff has to be cleaned up before the robot starts its round. A big advantage of this is that the house is neatly tidied every day. Often there were toys and small trinkets scattered here and there. Since this robot has been in the house, the house has been cleaned up every day. That gives a lot of peace and is very nice.
What I really like is that the robot can both vacuum and mop. Normally I mop once a week because it is a lot of work to do it myself. Now I turn on the robot and it does its job. You can also indicate what he should do, so I often turn on the mop function. Ideal! There are three different types of mopping with the robot; 1 standard mop, 1 animal scrub mop, 1 fluffy mop. However, the water reservoir is too small for me. There is no indication when it is empty, so I have to keep track of when I need to refill it. And since my floor space is quite large, I have to keep track of this and top up. After using the mop function a few times, I pretty much know when to refill it. You can also see in the app how many m2 he has already done. You can also see it from that. But an indication would have been easier. A little something. If your floor space is a bit smaller, then it's no problem.
I think the manual is too short. Because the manual is very concise, I had to find out what mop was for on the internet. This was just like with the three different brushes that come with it. Not clearly described what exactly is what. I think that's a minus. This should be better and especially with such an expensive device that has so many features.
What I also find a minus is the sensor on top of the device (round excellent thing). The TV cabinet and another large cabinet are too low, so the robot cannot go under it because the sensor hits it. The front sensors don't see this and keep trying to get under the cabinets. The result is that the top collides with the bottom of the cabinet every time. I don't think that's good for the device itself. What is a big advantage of the app is that you can set certain zones where it should not go. I've marked these two cabinets as a no-go zone so he won't try to get underneath to clean. A very useful extra of the app. The sensors are also very good. He sees the edges of the stairs so that he does not fall down and other height differences. It also does not collide with the walls, etc., due to the sensor. Only low cabinets are therefore a thing.
I think the noise level is a bit on the high side. For example, I cannot turn it on when my children are in bed. But it does have a lot of suction power. And that is reflected in my clean floor. Even when you empty the container and see what's in it... Down to sand and fine dust.
Despite some small things I am very satisfied with this robot!
