In any case the most beautiful machine on the market and really good coffee, but after more than 2 years (of course just after the warranty period) it only makes a lot of noise and does not make coffee anymore. After a few minutes the power just goes out, sometimes the fuses too. Almost impossible to find information about repair after the warranty period: in the shop in Brussels where we bought it 'they don't do that' and online I don't get much wiser (at least not for Belgium). I expected much better quality and at least some form of after-sales service.

It is a fantastic machine, you can make great espressos and regular coffee with it. Making a quick cup of coffee in the morning is not really convenient with this machine because you have to take the time for it. (Well it does get faster and faster the longer you use the machine.) (For a quick cup of coffee, take a Nespresso machine, and for the real coffee experience, take this coffee machine.) A small drawback is that high cups do not fit under it, if you like to drink coffee from a large mug, then you just have to make a cup of coffee and then hold the coffee mug at an angle. Oh, and don't forget to order a stainless steel milk side, because unfortunately this is not included. It does come with two stainless steel coffee filters (one for 2 cups and one for 1 cup), a tamper to press down the coffee and a measuring spoon for filter coffee especially for this machine. The coffee machine is a bit pricey but it is a jewel on your countertop, it feels solid and solid and the most important: it makes delicious coffee!

I use it almost every day, it heats up pretty quickly so you can make an espresso in the morning. The water tank is located at the back of the machine and therefore quite difficult to refill (it also empties quite quickly) Furthermore, it is easy to use with only 3 switches you can't do much wrong.
