You recommend it with the GoPro 11, but the camera indicates that the capacity may not be sufficient. Constantly getting warnings that I just turned off for now.

This is fine for a one-time backup. Give a command from the command line and then do other things. Probably less suitable for use in a camera / smartphone. Then the lower speed will irritate.
