With the ETNA HS3003, you can easily take your freshly-baked apple pie out of the oven. The telescopic guide rails extend a lot further, so you can completely remove your oven dish from the oven. That's useful if you want to add an extra layer of cheese without burning your hands. The rails are pre-assembled to the second insert level of the side racks. Remove your old side racks and easily insert the new ones.
