The MSI A520M-A PRO is a great budget motherboard if you don't have too many requirements. For a budget build, I was looking for a simple motherboard with not too many bells and whistles that could fit a GPU, an AMD Ryzen processor and a few sticks of RAM and this board offered all these options for a very affordable price. Installation was super easy and all connections are clearly marked on the board, making it a breeze. The board does not offer much room for expansion. Adding extra RAM later or installing multiple M.2 SSDs is not possible with this board. But if you don't plan to do that in the short to medium term, you can get by with this motherboard for this low price.
