I just prefer to use my Tamron 35-150mm lens (approx. 1.2kg) on my Z5. But with, for example, the Nikon 24-200mm, the Zf plus grip is still very good and comfortable to use. Despite the lack of custom presets, I can still easily switch between facial recognition on the one hand and center focus + tracking on the other, thanks to a few tricks.
