Sleep measurement could be accurate, I really had a worrying night yesterday but the watch didn't measure that because I was lying down it thought I was sleeping. Sleep score was therefore 'good' which was not correct. So it measures "time lying in bed" I think. But since this is more of a nice extra than necessary for me, I think it's fine. Charge regularly (if you also let apps etc. come in)
