Coolblue no longer sells coffee machine subscriptions. You can get a nice, new coffee machine from us. Do you currently have a coffee machine subscription and do you have questions about it? You can find all the answers here.

Can I still transfer my subscription to someone else?

Yes, you can. You have to contact us for that. You can do this by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl or by calling 03 8082700.

What should I do if my coffee machine is broken?

Contact our customer service. We'll do our best to repair your product as quickly as possible or to replace it within 48 hours. So, you don't have to worry about the warranty period and reparation costs.

How do I cancel my coffee machine subscription?

Contact our customer service and let them know you want to cancel the subscription. The customer service will schedule an appointment for when we come to pick up the product.
