What are flexible cooking zones

You can use a flexible cooking zone as 1 large zone or 2 separate cooking zones. If you only use regular pans, you don't have to connect the cooking zones. The cooktop only uses the surface of your pan. It doesn't heat up the area around it. This way, you always use the right amount of energy. Do you want to use a roasting pan or grill plate? Connect the 2 zones in this case, so you can use 1 large cooking zone.
