What is the trade-in service?
With the business Coolblue upgrade service, you can hand in your employees' old smartphones, tablets, and laptops for a discount on new devices or compensation. This way, you provide your company with the latest products at an affordable price. The trade-in process is handles with an external partner.
Our conditions?
- Only for business customers.
- You exchange at least 5 business devices and these devices are property of your company.
- The devices work properly. Minor damage is allowed.
- We erase all data from your devices and send you a GDPR-compliant data erasure report.
- We pick up the products for free if the trade-in value is over € 1500, otherwise it'll cost € 100 excluding VAT.
How does business trade-in work?
With business trade-in, we take in your old device(s). You don't have to do much yourself, we'll take care of everything for you. The process goes as follows:
- Schedule a non-binding consultation with Coolblue Business. The expert will answer any questions you may have.
- The expert makes a quote based on your information about the devices you want to return.
- Do you agree with the quote? The products will be picked up. You don't have to do anything yourself. Once all the data has been removed from the products, you'll receive a data erasure report.
Which products will you hand in?
Smartphone upgrade
Do your employees need a new smartphone? Hand them in to us. For example, Apple iPhone models or Samsung Galaxy devices.
Tablet upgrade
A tablet needs to be replaced after a number of years. Trade in the old tablets and receive a discount on the purchase of an iPad or Samsung Galaxy Tab for your employees, for example.
Laptop upgrade
The latest laptops have fast processors and better displays. This means that your employees can work even better on a new Apple MacBook, for example.
