Great device, what else can I say. Beautifully designed, and much easier to clean than those aluminum variants. By the way, you never get 4 coffees out of it, I fill it for 3 quarts with water, and 3 quarts with coffee, and then get 2 sturdy containers (say 2 small Lungo's v/e Nespresso machine). If you fill it completely with coffee, you can serve 3 excellent espressos with 3-quarts of water. Too often I got a cooking taste with those aluminum things, but with this one it's much less. A good tip: boil the water first, and then throw it in the reservoir, piping hot, then the Bialetti only needs to be on the fire for a few minutes.
