The BK Fortalit Dutch Oven 28cm is ideal for a small household or if you like to eat with friends. The pan has a 4L capacity, so it's suitable for stew for about 4 people. The Dutch oven is made of enameled steel. The interior is very smooth as a result and ingredients won't stick to it. That's useful, because you can first cook a piece of meat and then simmer it in broth or beer, for example. You can use the pan on all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 230°C. This way, you can put the dish in the oven to simmer it and you'll have more space on your stove for other pans.

used the pan for the first time yesterday. I've been familiar with BK (Best Buy!!!!) for years so decided to buy another stewpan from the same brand. And I am not disappointed. my (in-law) children and grandchildren enjoyed a delicious stew with belgian beer. the pan stayed very warm, and afterwards wash with hot water and clean immediately. am very happy with it.
