This complete cookware set brings the characteristic quality of Fissler within reach. The Korfu set's classic and timeless design fits perfectly in most kitchen. The pans are made of high-grade and durable 18/10 stainless steel. It doesn't get rusty, it's hygienic, easy to use, and dishwasher safe. The Fissler cookware set consists of a saucepan and four pots with a glass lid of good quality. This way, you can keep an eye on the cooking process and save energy. The Fissler Korfu cookware set is suitable for all heat sources, including induction.
The pans cook fine on my induction hob, but the lids are not handy. They are made of glass, so it is not necessary to open the lid during cooking, but because there is no vent hole in them, the hot air cannot escape and the lid will rattle. So you still have to put the lid on the pan crookedly. The handles also get quite hot during cooking, both from the pan and the lid.
