According to our digital piano expert
De Yamaha EZ-220 gives the beginner keyboard player all the tools needed to quickly get the hang of playing. While learning one of 100 built-in songs, the keys will light up when they need to be hit. The Fingering Guide will show you the correct fingering on the display, which is an essential part of learning the right technique. The Yamaha EZ-220 has 61 touch-sensitive keys and 392 tones, which can be adjusted using the built-in reverb effect. Since the Yamaha EZ-220 works on batteries as well, you can easily take it anywhere.
Note:you'll find the included AC adapter on the side of the box, wrapped in styrofoam.Number of keys | 61 | |

I bought the Yamaha EZ-220 as a Christmas gift for myself. The intention was to take up an old hobby again. And I didn't make a mistake. For beginners who want to learn to play the piano, this is an ideal entry-level model.
The keyboard has been in my possession for a week now and I can play a few songs easily. (Für Elise, Beethoven, Wake me up by Avicii, Harry potter theme, ...) Of course it depends on how much you practice. With an hour every day, you make rapid progress.
Why I specifically chose the EZ-220 is because it is recommended in conjunction with the Synthesia program (http://www.synthesiagame.com/). With this I learn to play songs faster. And you can find the MIDI files if you are a bit handy on the internet.
The lesson program of the keyboard itself, I have not yet used. What I also like and certainly help is that the keys are illuminated when practicing. But actually this is more of a gimmick for when you are more advanced.
The sound is quite good, especially if you use headphones. The build quality is decent. The pressure sensitive keys are very good. The keyboard is also not too heavy and easy to carry in a case. Scores can automatically appear wirelessly on an iPad. All these options for a very reasonable price.

it's nice to have the instrument at home. The children can play a song using the display on the keys, without being able to read the notes. This is very stimulating. Aiming for a complete song is a must. It stimulates the curiosity and find this a nice purchase Kind regards Herna
