According to our pan expert
The ceramic non-stick coating with honeycomb structure is durable and lasts longer.
The TransTherm bottom spreads heat evenly so you can turn the heat down and use less energy.
Thanks to the 28cm diameter, you can prepare large pieces of meat.
The pan isn't dishwasher-safe, so you have to clean it by hand.
Durability
The pan heats up quickly and gradually, and the meat is nicely browned.

This pan is of course in the higher price segment and that is why you can expect a lot from it. The pan really lives up to those expectations. A very nice pan with a good flat bottom. Works very well on induction. The non-stick coating works fine. The pan burns slightly above it, but that is very easy to clean. The pan is a jewel for the kitchen and often remains on the hob as decoration. He is gorgeous.

The food will be easily sticky around inside the pan. This part is very difficult to clean.
After a few weeks, I found the bottom of this pan is also getting sticky. And also has some scratches which are supposed to be scratch resistance.
Moreover, I use WMF Profi Plus - Frying pan for cooking together with this pan.
