The Miele DG 6100 is a steam oven that you can use to make healthy meals. By using steam, all flavors and vitamins are retained. You don't need any oils or butter, which means your meal will contain less fat. You can adjust the humidity yourself, so you can determine the amount of steam you use yourself. Aren't sure which settings you need? Simply use 1 of the 20 automatic programs. If you select what you want to prepare, the oven will choose the right temperature and duration. The oven stays closed during the cooking process, so your kids won't be able to simply open the door. After cooking your dish, the appliance turns off automatically.
