The oil heats up very quickly

This is my second Fritel and I am very satisfied with both models. This model with the integrated lid is more pleasant than my previous model because the risk of leaks and splashes is much smaller and there are far fewer odors released.

I've had a number of deep fryers over the past 20 years and one of the biggest problems is the temperature drop when you lower frozen items into the oil. Most pans have trouble getting it up to temperature quickly, but these frying pans are very fast in reheating the oil, so that the temperature remains almost the same. That gives nicer and crispy fries and other products.
