Flut string is pointless

From my balcony I have a beautiful panoramic view over a large river. It's just a pity that I can't see what actually happens in the floodplain on the other side. With these binoculars I get everything a lot closer, without immediately looking into the behinds of the cows. A beautiful device that is easy to adjust. With a little fiddling, everything looks razor-sharp.

I used to only have those children's binoculars and it's a relief how good binoculars get things closer. Sharp, beautiful perspective and without crazy deviations or curved corners.

You get four caps as protection for the lenses (front and back). Those caps are not attached to the binoculars. So you will lose it. Keep them in the storage case.

You also get a string that you still have to fumble with yourself so that you can hang the viewer around your neck. Don't trust this string. It's a thin thing with frayed ends that will make you fidget endlessly before attaching it. I wouldn't entrust the weight of the viewer to such a string myself and the smooth nylon slips out of the clamps.

Do yourself a favor and buy such a strap from Canon or Nikon that those large SLR cameras are equipped with. Then at least you won't let the binoculars fall out of your hands.

Good binoculars with sharp image

Bought these binoculars together with the 10x25 to get a better view of the birds that are a bit further away. Very satisfied from the moment of putting on the eyes! What a beautiful image! I was amazed at this. We already had 2 other binoculars, but they are nowhere near this image. (They weren't the most expensive either, but neither is this one.)

The 16x magnification is also very good and in terms of vibration it is not that bad.

all in all very satisfied with the optical quality! Definitely recommended for the novice amateur who wants something fun for little money.
