A good start for sous vide cooking

I've wanted to start cooking sous vide for some time now. After a lot of research and many especially expensive machines, I finally came across this device. The price is surprisingly low for a sous vide, but great if you're just starting out and don't know if you'll be using it often.

I checked the machine temperature (regularly) with a second thermometer, every time it was spot on. It heats fairly quickly (of course you shouldn't put the water in it ice cold) and is quite easy to use. Actually a sous vide that can compete with the more expensive machines. In short, I would personally recommend it to anyone starting sous vide for the first time.

Incidentally, it is recommended to purchase a good vacuum sealer and seal machine if you don't have one yet, I can recommend the Foodsaver FSV2860 Top Line, it can handle liquid and can be adjusted in speed.
