Ideal sports watch for enthusiastic trail runners

I had chosen this TomTom Spark 3 Cardio mainly because of the navigation functionality while running and I am very satisfied. You can easily upload (trail) routes in GPX format (from eg: http://www.mapmyfitness.com/maps/auto_route/) where, despite the small display, you can easily see where you are walking in relation to the planned route. There is always the possibility to deviate from the planned route with the "breadcrumbs" and to find the way back. Although the TomTom analysis software loses some functionality here and there, you will not notice this if you use the export functions for eg Strava and Runkeeper. The operation takes some getting used to, but after a few days the 4-sided navigation button feels like the ideal operation. You don't have to be afraid of unintentional pressure actions and navigating through the menus is nice and smooth. What I'm still missing: Instead of one goal, I'd like to set multiple goals at once for a run. It would also be nice if I could compose the screen display myself (bottom right heart rate, top left speed etc..). Anyway, I am very satisfied and can heartily recommend this TomTom Spark 3 Cardio.
