Description

The Nikon KeyMission 360 is an action camera that photographs and records 360-degree panoramas, thanks to the 2 built-in Nikkor lenses. All the image information enters this 360-degree camera via 2 separate 23.9-megapixel CMOS sensors. From this information, the camera automatically creates a 360-degree panorama image, without blind spots. The only thing you have to do, is start and stop the recording. You can do this on the camera itself, or remotely via the the Nikon SnapBridge 260/170 app. The KeyMission records a maximum of 4K resolution. This provides detailed images and offers many options for video editing. This camera's casing is waterproof up to 30 meters deep.

Honestly my opinion, I think the price is a bit too expensive for what it is. Keep in mind that 4k is very sharp, but if you stretch this to 360° it is not so sharp anymore. So one needs higher resolution to get the same quality from today's cameras. (the regular photos)

Then why did I buy this since I think the price is a bit too expensive? Very simply the photos that you take with this, you can hardly or not with another device. (with the smartphone you can try it, but then you get a lot of bonding lines and you need a lot of space) With this device you really capture everything around. Ideal for a trip or outing. I use this together with my regular camera, so not a replacement but an addition to the whole. It doesn't weigh much and it's not big so it's easy to carry around. Even if you have a family party you can place it in the middle of the table and you suddenly have everyone in the picture including the food :-) (best to put it on a stand). The only thing you have to look at is that there is enough light. (the more light the clearer the picture is) Try that with a regular camera. Plus, this device is waterproof, so if you like to snorkel, you don't have to click an extra shell on it.
