Very solid rowing machine. I've looked at several devices, read reviews and finally chose this one and so far I don't regret it. I have had this device for 1 week now and have already rowed 4 x 30 min each time. There are different programs for rowing that differ in resistance. Very useful. I wrote in the negatives that the storage is rather cumbersome, it is indeed not so nice that you have to loosen a bolt before you can fold the device, but this is certainly no reason not to buy the device. It took some searching the first time to store it, but after the second time it went without saying. If you are looking for a quiet, solid, sturdy rower, this is definitely a good choice.

In the gym I always found the rowing machine a nice device. When I decided that I also wanted to buy 1 myself, I doubted for a long time which device I would go for. The VirtuFit Ergometer Semi-Pro is not one of the cheapest rowing machines on offer, but after looking at several reviews, I finally chose this one. The training programs and the thoroughness I read in other reviews were the deciding factor.

In advance I was a bit apprehensive about the installation, but this was so simple that even with 2 left hands you can put the rowing machine together in no time. the most complicated parts are already completely put together. I've had the rowing machine for a month now and use it about 4 times a week. (I alternate it with the spinning bike) That you can row a program makes it fun to do, that way you work towards something and the resistance keeps getting higher. You can also create programs yourself, but if the device has been disconnected from the power, you will unfortunately lose this program again.

Rowing is fun to do but boring. I solved this myself by putting an old TV in front of my rowing machine and via a Google Chromecast I now watch an episode of a series every workout. This lasts an hour and that's just a good time for me to stick with it. I also bought the Samsung Fit smartwatch after a week at Coolblue. I really find this fitness tracker a solution during training, this watch keeps track of my heart rate and after the training I can view my performance in the app on my phone with a graph and see at what time I was in which heart rate zone. Because this is linked to my weight and height, the app also gives a better picture of my burned calories than the computer of the rowing machine. I notice that after a month of rowing I have a lower heart rate and can last longer.
