After using the Satinelle epilator 3 times I can say that it is more painless than the Braun Silk-Epil I had.
I really think it's a mega difference in pain and I didn't expect that.
The Philips Satinelle is less rigorous with the removal of the smallest hairs and so it takes longer before all hairs are gone. But he doesn't remove all the hairs unfortunately. The Braun performs better at that (but really hurts more).
The hollow in the head of the Satinelle device is inconvenient for under the armpits. I didn't need that curvature, I'd rather have a flat head.
Because epilation is almost painless compared to the Braun, I think it is a good device and I definitely recommend it. However, take the time for epilation.
The Wet and Dry function is great, in the shower it is a piece of cake and again a few days hair-free. I epilate my armpits 2-3 times a week. Luckily my legs don't have to be that often.
I don't use all of the 8 accessories that come with it. I think it's too much of a good thing.
I use the scrub brush for my face (not recommended in the manual) and the shaver head with trim attachment works great for my bikini area.
I tested the massage head once, but gosh what a noise that makes! Nice for when your neck is stuck, but it is not relaxing because of the noise.
I have not used the other attachments for hair removal on your face, I prefer to use normal tweezers.
For my legs I use the attachment to tighten the skin. This works well for large areas but not under your armpits.
