The player is connected to a YAMAHA YSP5600 and the audio pass-through for Dolby Atmos works well. The player is further connected to a QNAP TS453 pro NAS via one of the NAS's four network ports. Yet the player is not fast enough to play large files (larger than 35GB) smoothly. The Eminent network interface only supports 100Mb but that should be enough. Other network configurations or the use of USB 3.0 are not a solution either. I'll do some more testing and if I don't find a solution I'll trade this player for an Nvidia Shield. The first movie was started and starting a movie already took at least a minute. I am not used to this in kodi with any device. Then skipping a scene or a few seconds is not an option. The image goes black and the film stops running. You will have to fast forward and rewind until there is a picture again.

In addition, the image in the beginning is fantastic. After some switching between films I got to see a kind of dark color explosion, which made films much too dark and the colors too much present. In other words, the contrast is no longer correct. Did a reboot and repeated steps.. same problem again.

The WiFi antenna on the back is also an eyesore. This can not be disassembled and a little media player user connects it as quickly wired. So it's a loss that it can't get off.
