2.5cm cutting height is almost impossible: collector hits the ground or blades hit the ground

With high expectations I ordered this device about a month ago. I've been looking forward to it for a long time. A lawnmower that would (almost) not disturb anyone and then also 100% environmentally friendly, except for production. However, I must admit that sometimes a dream is really just a dream. For me it is clear: the price in mind, the mowing result is simply below par.

I have a lawn of a 3 year old and a piece just sown half a year ago. He just mows the latter for 30%. He flattens the rest. My lawn is now a combination of very nicely cut pieces, pieces with a combination of nicely cut and long blades (thinned grass?) and everywhere there is loose grass on top. Too much grass will not end up in the collector. I really tried everything that came to mind: high/low, fast/slow, mow twice and crosswise,… nothing really gives an acceptable mat. It is with regret in my heart that I am going to say goodbye to a machine that I saw so much in.

Other pluses:
