Worthless

Explicitly called for advice in terms of freezer, it turns out that wrong advice has been given up to 2 times, with the result that the freezer could not be mounted. I was willing to pay €200 extra for the freezer that was suitable... but Coolblue nothing!! Coolblue didn't even want to pay for the installation costs as compensation, all very chic > not !!
