According to our tablet expert
Expand the memory with a memory card and download even more apps.
Thanks to the compact 8-inch size, you can use the tablet on the go.
With the 1.4GHz Quad-Core processor, you can navigate your apps more quickly than with a Dual-Core processor.
This model can't make a 4G connection to the internet.
The 5-megapixel rear camera doesn't take sharp photos and videos.
Use the Lenovo Tab 4 8 2GB 16GB for your daily dose of digital entertainment. Swipe through your Facebook timeline, check out your favorite webpages, or watch a video on YouTube. Because of its compact 8-inch format, you can take this tablet anywhere or use it while lounging on the couch. Save your favorite videos and photos on the 16GB of flash memory. Need more storage space? Expand it with a memory card of up to 128GB.

Bought two for daughters aged 4 and 5. Very nice devices for the money. The screen and sound are good. The size is very practical. Not too small and not too big.
I'm curious about the longevity. If you grip the tablet firmly on the side, you will see some light bleeding, which fortunately goes away when you let go. I don't know what that will do in the long run...
The sound just can't be soft enough. The softest setting is actually too loud, especially if two muppets are working at the same time.
The speed is more than sufficient. Also 3D games generally work fluently. Every now and then something goes wrong. As soon as you are logged in with multiple accounts, the tablet seems to pull less well.
The kids mode is nice but less beautiful than Samsung's. Nice features are the video and game section that contains a set of pre-selected video and games by Lenovo. As parents, you set what is or isn't available and you can add videos from YouTube to the videos yourself, albeit a bit cumbersome. Adding apps in kids mode is also a bit cumbersome. I ended up removing the kids mode anyway because it's always a second account which is confusing when unlocking. In addition, I just couldn't find everything... I have now shielded things with the free Dinnertime Plus app. This allows you to determine per app whether it is accessible and, if so, for how long. You can monitor usage remotely and lock the tablet directly.
As an Apple user, I do miss some things in the Google Play Store. Buying app bundles does not seem to exist and not every app is suitable for sharing within the family after purchase, so that you have to purchase one app per tablet. Both in contrast to the Apple App Store.
However, for the price of these two tablets, I don't have one iPad yet. All in all quite satisfied!

good quality price ratio don't be inferior to, for example, a Samsung of 100 euros more

I bought this for my mother but liked it so much that I ended up buying one for myself as well. Why? In short: You get a high-quality tablet for a very reasonable price.
Below is a point-by-point explanation:
8 vs 10 inch: I have had a 10 inch tablet before and I find that 8 inch is much more convenient. I take this with me on trips much more often and the multimedia experience is at least as good as on a 10-inch screen. For manga readers among us: I always thought you needed at least 10 inches for manga, but the images are fine to read on an 8 inch screen. Sharp and clear.
Screen: Nice clear screen, the HD resolution works fine at 8 inches. I had a 10 inch screen with HD resolution before and then it often gets a bit grainy. Colors are beautiful but still natural (unlike AMOLED screens). The only drawback: The screen cannot be dimmed enough. I solved this by using an app with a blue light filter in the evening.
Sound: The sound is very good. It reminds me of the Beats Speakers of the HTC One M7 but louder.
Software: A few apps from Lenovo but otherwise a pure Android experience. Very nice.
Performance: Nothing to complain about, it's nice that it has 2G working memory.
Battery: The battery lasts quite a long time. But keep in mind to charge it in advance when you travel. It takes a lot of time to fully charge. So an hour at the airport at the gate yields very little.
USB cable: never received such a short cable with a gadget. Immediately replace with a longer cable.
Memory expandable: Of course it is expandable, I immediately placed 64G.
User-friendliness: Unfortunately, there is no "tap to wake" on it. On my previous tablet, all I had to do was tap the screen to wake up the screen. Now I have to press the power button every time. I really miss that. But apart from this drawback, I think it's a really great tablet at a very reasonable price.
